Cottage Cheese

I use a lot of cottage cheese.  I use this in my lasagna as well as on top

of saltine crackers for a quick snack.

My boys stop in quite often and of course they go right to the refrigerator!

If there's cottage cheese in there - it's theirs!

They love it!

I like the texture of it and its a good snack when you are hungry and in a

hurry - just put some in a bowl and eat it!

I really like it in my lasagna - it gives the lasagna a nice rich flavor and

holds it together real well.
